Job Description / Responsibility
- The Business Analyst will work with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate these needs into actionable technical and operational solutions, and ensure the successful implementation of projects. This role involves researching and analyzing data, creating documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve business processes and drive business growth
- Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
- Conduct detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for the business.
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and end users.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to clarify objectives, scope, and requirements.·
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Create clear and concise documentation of business processes, user requirements, and functional specifications.
- Develop and maintain user stories, process flows, and wireframes for proposed solutions.
- Prepare reports, charts, and presentations to share findings and support decision-making.·
- Solution Development:
- Work with IT and development teams to create solutions that meet business needs.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring that requirements are understood and solutions align with business goals.
- Support the testing process by defining test cases, executing tests, and validating results.·
- Project Management Support:
- Assist in project planning, tracking, and management activities to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, suggesting mitigation strategies as needed.
- Provide ongoing support to stakeholders and end-users after implementation.
- Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement:
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can lead to improved business outcomes.
- Recommend process improvements, efficiencies, and enhancements to existing workflows and systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in business analysis
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) in Computer Science & Engineering
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience Requirements
Additional Job Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a related field.
