Job Description / Responsibility

Bangladesh Bondhu Foundation (BONDHU) is inviting applications from skilled, proactive and interested individuals for a position of “Senior Manager – Climate Friendly Agriculture”.
Job Location: Dhaka (Required to visit the project area frequently)
Job Responsibilities:
To understand the project and make action plans for implementations.
Supervise & coordinate the project staffs.
Communicate with all parties involved in the project.
Inspecting projects at field level.

Educational Requirements

At least Bachelor’s Degree, BBA / MBA from Public University ( Applicant with Agricultural background will be preferred).

Experience Requirements

At least 10 years

Additional Job Requirements

Age 35 to 45 years
Experience Requirements:
At least 10 years work experience in leading field projects.
Additional Requirements:
Have to be physically sound, energetic and fluent both in English & Bangla.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Ability to train and mentor other team members.
Computer literacy (Microsoft office)

Location

Dhaka

Salary Range

Tk. 60000 (Monthly)
