Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context:
TMSS a renowned national level social development organization invites application from eligible candidates for the vacant position of Financial & Compliance Officer in different under central TMSS Central Finance & Accounts department.
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure that project financials comply with established accounting standards, respective rules and financial guidelines.
Work with senior to prepare project budgets and actively participate in the generation and interpretation of special purpose financial reports.
Support Special & periodical financial reports.
Support accurate and timely response to programs related to financial policies, report analyzing.
Review and ensure proper coding and documentation.
Identify risk issues and challenges and recommend solutions to address them to comply with the policies.
Monitor programs compliance with existing regulations and financial guidelines through site visits and desk reviews.
Review of policies and procedures to ensure that comply with organizational requirements.
Support the project’s internal and external audits and the coordination of action plans to close out any audit findings.
Job Location: Central Finance & Accounts, TMSS Foundation Office, Bogura.

Educational Requirements

M.Com/MBA with Minimum 06 (six) months computer certificate course.

Experience Requirements

1 to 3 years

Additional Job Requirements

Age 18 to 35 years
Experience: At least 1-3 years of demonstrable experience in financial management and compliance in the development sector is essential. Including financial report analysis. Ability to work in a multicultural context/environment.
Computer & reporting skill: Applicant must be proficient in MS Office, MS word, MS Excel, PowerPoint and in preparing Financial Reports in MS Excel.
Salary: Monthly consolidated salary is BDT 25, 000/- Taka Only (Negotiable for the competent applicants).
