Job Description / Responsibility

Analyze the product and prepare for line feeding to get the right quality the first time.
Able to follow up shipment plan and achieve set packing targets, quick balancing finishing lines as and when required, and analyzing individual worker performance.
Optimize quality manpower allocation.
Increase production with minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining quality standard.
Able to handle inspections with external buying office audits.
Review weekly Shipment schedule & Finishing plan for item - Knit/woven.
Monitoring & control absenteeism, turnover and migration.
Liaison with sewing all the time and washing factory in case of wash garments to maintain schedule with buyers audit and final export delivery.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

5 to 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments

Additional Job Requirements

Age 30 to 40 years
Minimum 10 years experience in a reputed Ready Made garments factory.
