Job Description / Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives in the textile chemical division.
- Identify and target potential customers (Dyeing & Garment washing factories), build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and expand our market presence.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Promote and sell Emeer Textile Auxiliary's range of textile chemicals and solutions, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to customers, highlighting the benefits and features of our products.
- Collaborate with the product development team to provide customer feedback and support product improvements.
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, including negotiating contracts and pricing.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare regular sales reports, and provide insights and recommendations to management.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent the company and expand business opportunities.
Educational Requirements

- Textile, Dyeing Factory, Washing Factory
Additional Job Requirements
- Age at least 26 years
- Minimum of 4 years of sales experience, preferably in the textile or chemical industry.
- Fluent in both English and Bengali, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in textile chemical sales or textile marketing is a plus.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within Bangladesh as required.
