Job Description / Responsibility
  • Should understand Garment wash & Quality procedures.
  • Minimize chemical consumption.
  • Do proper train up the operators, motivate the workforce.
  • Set KPI & monitor performance of production related employees and workers.
  • Set up SOP.
  • Plan & control of wet process & various types of garment washing.
  • Must lead IE team & take proper accountability.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology, Master of Science (MSc) in Textile Technology
Experience Requirements
  • 6 to 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Garments, Dyeing Factory, Washing Factory

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 34 to 42 years
  • Must have vast knowledge on Wash Production and proven Work experience in IE Washing Unit.
