Job Description / Responsibility
  • Line balancing daily morning with production In-Charge and PM.
  • Capacity Study for new styles.
  • Bottle neck has to identified through the Yamazumi & solve it daily basis.
  • Keep WIP data of each line to reduce input gap.
  • Hourly production monitoring as per line target.
  • Monitoring layout line as per operation bulletin.
  • Prepare changeover report & reduce changeover time by taking necessary steps.
  • Collect NPT of every line from the concerned supervisor.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production
  • Bangladesh University of Textiles,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,BGMEA University of Fashion Technology,Shahjalal University of Science & Technology,Daffodil International University students will get preference
Experience Requirements
  • 2 to 3 years

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 25 to 27 years
  • Computer Literacy like MS Word, Excel etc.
  • Positive professional attitude & self-motivated.
  • Inter-personal skills.
