Job Description / Responsibility
  • About the Company: M&J Group entered into manufacturing activities in 1965 by establishing a flour milling company. The business horizon gets expanded in 1989 when the garment manufacturing factory was opened. Now with its 8 sister concerns, M&J Group is a leading manufacturer in Bangladesh. The group is producing a wide range of top-quality denim bottoms including some non-denim products. M&J Group aspires to be the leading supplier in the global fashion business by offering the best expertise and knowledge in producing Ready Made Garments.
  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring of all Manpower (Fabric store) duties & Job responsibilities;
  • Maintaining & following up on the Stock Register of all Imported Oriented Items;
  • Maintaining ORACLE (Software) fabric related to every issuance (Received/Issued/Left Over/Sample etc.);
  • Prepared fabric requirement sheets and Reported to the Manager & other related Persons;
  • Maintaining of receiving schedule for all Imported and Local Fabric;
  • Prepared Monthly Stock/Issuance Statements of Fabric and reported to the Manager & other related Persons;
  • Reconciliation of items after orders are shipped;
  • Maintain all relevant documents/registers for all stock positions and get those quarterly audited by the audit team;
  • Ensure safety, quality, and compliance activities in the workplace;
  • Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy store site;
  • Coordination with the concerned department to receive and deliver the schedule;
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements
  • Graduation from any discipline.
Experience Requirements
  • At least 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Garments

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 25 to 32 years
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in RMG Store;
  • Computer literacy;
  • Good team player;
  • Must be fluent in English (Reading, writing, and speaking).
