Job Description / Responsibility
- We are looking for potential candidates for the position of “MTO-Commercial(Cash Incentive, Export-Import)”. who has knowledge, skills, experience in following sector and is self-motivated to take challenge to deliver high quality results. There will be 4000 employees and manufacturing Bottom Item(Woven) and kids wear. - MTO-Cash Incentive:
- prepare form "Kha/Gha", PRC, Back-to-Back LC certificate.
- To collect Cash Incentive certificate from Bank.
- NOC Collection from BEPZA,To make a complete file for Cash Incentive to submit Bank and Audit firm.
- To maintain export documents for Cash Incentive etc.
- MTO-Export:
- Manage end-to-end export processes (EP-EXP) and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
- Prepare and verify export documentation, including all shipping documents.
- Taking buyer and forwarder approval, Communicate & co-ordinate effectively with buyer's concern parties.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, transports, and customs brokers to ensure timely delivery of shipments.
- Liaise with customers and suppliers to resolve issues related to export orders.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure they reach their destination on time.
- Maintain accurate records of all export activities and prepare reports for management.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in export operations.
- MTO-Import:
- Responsible for handling all types of Import & follow up accordingly.
- Taking IP and handover to C&F agent along with all shipping documents on time to get consignments release.
- Customer PI checked with HS code.
- Co-ordinate with Govt. officials & C&F agent, Banks, Forwarders, Transportation on time.
- Monitoring shipment, documents retirement from bank and clearing goods from the ports.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Supply Chain Management
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Multinational Companies, Garments
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
