Job Description / Responsibility

Formulate and oversee marketing strategies, promotional initiatives, and brand plans for the designated portfolio of brands.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, introducing timely products through strategic planning and effective project management.
Analyze the performance of brands and the overall portfolio, implementing monthly action plans for field forces, and providing training to enhance their performance and achieve goals.
Develop an annual budget and optimize allocated resources for the assigned portfolio.
Organize Continuing Medical Education (CME), Round Table Discussions (RTD), and Focus Group Discussions (FGD) on the designated portfolio in collaboration with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
New product launching activities and product/portfolio life cycle management.
Coordinate with different stakeholders to ensure timely production & supply of assigned products throughout the country.

Educational Requirements

M.Pharm/ B.Pharm (5 years Professional Degree) from any reputed university.
Additional MBA Degree from any reputed university will get preference.

Additional Job Requirements

Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Good analytical skills including computer proficiency.
Ability and willingness to work in the field and visit doctors and pharmacies.
Ability to develop effective relationships with medical doctors, particularly opinion leaders and key prescribers.
Ability to anticipate medical trends and future directions relating to product portfolio.
Ability to work in cross functional teams.
