Warehouse Manager

Job Description / Responsibility

Receive and record incoming materials into the Warehouse and issue and record materials removed from the Warehouse.
Ensure proper storage of materials within the Warehouse according to stock locations.
Monthly inventory audit to ensure accurate inventory levels.
Perform critical inventory tasks to verify the correct amount of items in stock based on packing lists received when receiving consignments.
Maintain accurate and updated records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts.
Review documentation and monitor product codes to identify discrepancies.
Troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records and update stock cards accordingly.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency.
Plan for optimum layout and ensure efficient space utilization.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Experience Requirements

4 to 6 years

Retail Store, Inventory/Warehouse, Healthcare/Lifestyle product
