Job Description / Responsibility
- Attending customers' complaints, and queries through phone calls, email, and other online channels.
- Customer query replies through online communication channels, such as Facebook, WhatsApp, Linked In, etc.
- Providing remote support to clients through the online ticketing system.
- Diagnosing, follow up and troubleshooting through the trouble ticketing system.
- You will be responsible for identifying problems and resolving faults that may arise.
- Contact vendors, take the initiative to solve with the help of the other technical teams of our providers.
- Always focus on client satisfaction during communication.
- Participate in a 24x7 roster duty.
Educational Requirements
- HSC, HSC (Vocational), Alim (Madrasah)
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 2 years
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 20 to 24 years
- • Computer Skills (MS Word, Excel, Web browsing, Facebook & Whats app communication & English Typing) are necessary.
- • English & Other language skills will be a plus.
