Senior Accountant / Accountant

Job Description / Responsibility

Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements.
Responsible for accounting processes and financial tasks (i.e Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR) process, GL, accounts reconciliation, etc).
Process supplier invoices, purchase orders, expenses claims, accounts payments.
Process Sales invoices and Sales Orders to customers.
Assist in financial analysis.
Maintain audit schedules for balance sheet and profit and loss items.
Prepare yearly tax computation. Liaise with tax agents.
Assist in administration work.
Other duties as assigned.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Cost & Management Accounting
Degree/ Professional Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 35 years
At least 5 years of working experience in similar capacity.
Analytical and meticulous with an eye for details.
Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
Familiar with FRS, VAT, Corporate tax and other tax matters.

Dhaka (Banani)

Salary Range

Tk. 40000 - 70000 (Monthly)
