Job Description / Responsibility
- Compile and complete monthly quarterly and yearly financial statements (income statement, balance sheet & cash flow statement, etc.) as per IAS & IFRS and report to the Management
- Prepare all relevant documents for IPO operation
- Liaison with Issue Manager regarding IPO related activities
- Completion of audited accounts with the help of CFO
- Assist to issue Managers for due diligence process and stock valuation
- Assist to CFO for liaison with underwriters and Bankers to the issue
- Liaison with all regulatory authority (DSE, CSE, BSEC)Ensure reconciliation of Bank Accountants
- Monitoring General Ledger, accounts payable;
- Clear knowledge about corporate TAX, Income TAX and VAT, Labor Law and Company Act;
- Monitoring & Developing ERP for all concerns
