Job Description / Responsibility
  • RFP/RFQ/Tender preparation for Govt./PPP/Private Turnkey project.
  • Techno-Commercial Proposal & Design preparation for Electrical MV & LV Substation equipment, MV LV Switchgear Panel, Generator &Grid Synchronization System, LPS & other Electro-Mechanical Works.
  • Cost Estimation for Electrical Substation Systems.
  • Govt. and Private Tender Documentation Preparation and Submission.
  • Providing pre-sales technical solutions according to client's requirements through technical meetings and site visits.
  • Preparation of private tender documentation by collecting proposal from diverse suppliers & vendors.
  • Lead negotiations with clients, vendors & other stakeholders to achieve favorable commercial and legal terms.
  • Ensure effective communication with SCM team and production team to facilitate a seamless flow of operations.
  • Throughout every stage of the sales process, provide support and assistance to the sales team.
  • Maintain proper documentation of every work.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Experience Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Engineering Firms
