Job Description / Responsibility

Generate Architectural drawings skilled in Architectural drafting in detail working drawing, RAJUK Drawing from general verbal, written specification and hand sketch under direct supervision and guidance of Chief Architect within specific deadline.
Review design layouts (as and when required) to figure out incompatibility (if any) with fundamental design concepts and resolve accordingly.
Make corrections (if feasible) of the drawings as per advice of the management/landowner/customer.
Ensure up-to-date database of design records for future reference.
Cooperate other team members (if required) to accomplish CAD drawing related task.
Visiting construction projects regular basis to find out discrepancies.
Any other job related task assigned by the supervisor time to time.

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Architecture

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Architecture Firm

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 32 years
Sound knowledge of architectural design principles
Should have clear knowledge about landscape, plumbing/sanitary & electrical.
Detail understanding of construction processes and methods
Hands on experience on different types of software(Auto CAD, 3D Studio Max, Photoshop)
Good communication skill
Excellent interpersonal skill
Self motivated & self driven
Result oriented approach
Ability to work under pressure
Well organized & disciplined
