Job Description / Responsibility

Project supervision, and detailed design/ drawing capabilities is required, Vast design experience and sufficient knowledge of raw materials.
Give preliminary estimates on cost, overall budget and project delivery time.
To coordinate with the Architect/Engineer for Smooth Execution of the project.
To Preparing Interior BOQ, Work Schedule, Interior materials requisition, materials QC.
Will be responsible for designing and complete project management from start to finish.
Must be proficient in 2D, Auto CAD Drawing, 3D, Sketch Up and/or 3D Studio Max.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch), Diploma in Architecture
Diploma in Architecture/Interior Architecture encouraged to apply who have proven experiences in the relevant field.

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Architecture Firm, Group of Companies, Garments Accessories

Additional Job Requirements

Age at least 28 years
Knowledge about interior design and Architectural materials is necessary.
Sound Knowledge in Modern Interior Design(Commercial).
Should be decent, trustworthy.
Excellent communication and professional interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
