Senior Executive, Training

Job Description / Responsibility

Deliver training sessions on SWISH products and brand values to new joiners, and provide ongoing product training for existing team members.
Continuously update training materials to include the latest product features, benefits, and unique selling points.
Identify training needs and deliver targeted sessions to address them.
Assess team members' performance during and after training, providing personalized guidance for improvement.
Create comprehensive training resources, including slides, videos, and product explanation sheets.
Develop live product demonstrations and update training evaluation materials to reflect new products and objectives.
Monitor training programs to enhance effectiveness and learning outcomes.
Collaborate with the Brand and Communications team to plan vlogs about SWISH products and stores, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
Coordinate with other departments for seamless product information dissemination and alignment with company strategies.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by line management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
TOT from any reputed institution.

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
