Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Context: British American Resource Center (BARC) is a premier IELTS training provider with operations in Uttara and Mirpur. The company has partnered with IDP Education Bangladesh Pvt. We are looking for three CELTA-certified trainers for our top IELTS training programs who can create and deliver IELTS training modules in reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
- In this position, you will typically be expected to teach at least 20 hours per week, and you are encouraged to prepare and develop study materials.
- Candidates must have at least three years of experience teaching adults and be familiar with adult education methodologies. Candidates should possess a strong academic background. He or she should also be familiar with material development.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in high-quality IELTS training sessions.
- Conduct English Language classes.
- Create course materials and study guides in both print and digital formats.
- Help participants improve their listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in individual and group sessions.
- Assign homework and interesting exercises.
- Monitor and evaluate the classwork and homework, and update the progress of students.
- Prepare the syllabus in accordance with the modules.
- Ensure that the classroom stays orderly.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English, Masters
- Masters Degree in any disciplineBachelor's degree in any discipline
- Applicants must have taken the Academic or GT IELTS and received a minimum overall score of 7.5, a minimum individual score of 7.0 in both the Reading and Writing modules and a minimum of 7.0 in any of the four modules.
- Excellent grammar, IELTS, presentation abilities, and Training Materials Development
- Professional Certification: CELTA
- University of Dhaka,Jahangirnagar University,Independent University, Bangladesh,BRAC University,North South University students will get preference
Experience Requirements
