Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context: The School is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our leadership team as a Section Coordinator. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring a smooth operation and administrative functions across the School.
Job Responsibilities:
Promote high standards in all aspects of school life, particularly in student progress.
Perform all duties in a professional and timely manner.
Develop and implement innovative instructional strategies and curricula.
Review and update the curriculum for relevant trends and educational standards.
Monitor and handle student progress and academic performance.
Assist with the implementation of the First-Alert program (students on warning, probation).
Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the students.
Seek opportunities for inter-school collaboration and moderation.
Liaise with peers and academic personnel to ensure smooth operations.

Educational Requirements

Master’s Degree in relevant field.

Experience Requirements

At least 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Additional Job Requirements

At least 10 year(s) in English Medium School(s)
Substantial experience in academic leadership, preferably in an educational setting.
Excellent English speaking skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
