Job Description / Responsibility

C.P. Bangladesh Co., Ltd. is subsidiary concern of C.P. Group of Thailand To ensure Company Growth in terms of Agriculture product production, control & production management as well as business profitability.
A. Open New Dealer and Increase Sales : i) Frequently visit customers; ii) Search the dealer & assist management to source best dealer; iii) Order collection & booking to respective Dept; iv) Ensure delivery from Feed-mill or Hatchery.
B. Credit Control: i) Monitoring on time payment by the dealers; ii) Payment collection from the customers; iii) Frequently communicate with dealers for reducing dues.
C. Technical Support : i) Provide technical service to the Customer regarding feed/Aquaculture; ii) Observe the condition of farm; iii) Give technical direction if found any requirement.
D. Achieve Target and Market Expansion : i) Searching and expansion of new markets; ii) Follow-up daily sales and report to BU Head for present situation; iii) Frequent market survey and report to BU Head.
E. Any other duties as may reasonably be required, consistent with the grade of the position.

Educational Requirements

Candidates should have Masters in Aquaculture/ Fisheries/ Fisheries Technology or Marine Science in a reputed university.
