Job Description / Responsibility
  • We are looking for hardworking, dedicated, result-driven individuals with proven track record in the heavy construction equipment & industrial machinery user market. The key attributes that we seek are - efficiency, effective leadership, adaptability and a collaborative mindset.
  • Afzal Construction is a reputed company in Bangladesh for supply of heavy construction equipment & commercial vehicle which has thrived in this industry for the past 20 years. Afzal Construction’s policy is to provide quality products, satisfactory after sales services & spare parts support, so as to exceed customer’s expectations.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Product information collect, analyze & find the suitable usage of the product.
  • Market survey, create user list, visit & make potential client & regular follow-up with existing/potential clients.
  • Daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly report to the management on ongoing activities, issues & possible solutions.
  • Should be capable of new client develop & promotion with new user.
  • Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
  • Must be able to speak & write both Bangla & English.
  • Sound knowledge on Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Must be a team player with great presentation skill.
  • Should have positive attitude & ability to maintain self-composer in a high pressure work place.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
  • Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Motor Vehicle body manufacturer
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
