Job Description / Responsibility

Skill as an architect i.e. who can develop a concept, can express that concept through sketch & design while taking assistance of computer by using different software.
Who can handle CLIENTS independently & successfully.
Follow up / monitor or at time may do thyself required working drawings for the project.
Do the project “Work schedules” on His / Her own and do different variance analyses.
Capable of preparing details measurements, Drawing, detailing of lay-out plan, design with Auto-CAD presentation/3D preparation as per requirements of the Company.
Prepare BOQ & Specification as per the design drawing.
Other responsibilities are to be assigned by the management from time to time.
Design and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote interior and exterior products and services.
Keeping a record of documents properly.
Maintain proper customer relationships with potential and existing clients.
Ability to work under pressure and beyond office hours (if needed).

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
Bachelor in Architecture from a reputed university.

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Architecture Firm, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies, Furniture, Interior Design

Additional Job Requirements

Age 26 to 35 years
The applicants should have experience in Interior Design.
Must have experience in designing tails and bathroom fittings.
Very Good Knowledge of architectural software like AutoCAD, 3Dmax, Vary, Sketchup, Lumion, ArchiCAD, Photoshop, and others.
Disciplined and punctual, Smart, good-looking with confidence in thyself.
Good in reading, writing, and spoken English.
Skill in tackling situations and challenges.
Must be self-motivated and dynamic.
Good communication & Negotiation skills.
