Job Description / Responsibility
  • Highly skilled and proficient in 3D modeling, rendering, animation, and 2D presentation.
  • Creating designs and presentations by 3D studio MAX with V-ray render and Photoshop.
  • Good 3D visualization and rendering skill.
  • Develop concepts and detailed design and drawings.
  • Research and analyze the best design techniques and solutions.
  • Prepare detailed working design & specifications from start to finish.
  • The designer must have a strong capability in residence & commercial design, interior/exterior design, office design, retail shop design etc.
  • Ability to create extremely photo realistic Exterior, Interior, Landscape Visuals and Animation using VRay/Corona
  • Excellent and advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, aftereffects, and other graphic-related software.
  • Undertake 2D image compositing, finishing and retouching operations on 3D renderings
  • Well knowledge and brilliant eye for detail in post-production to enhancing visuals/walk-through using Photoshop, After Effects, Lightroom, Nuke and other plug-in & special effects software.
  • Any design-related duties can be assigned by the office management.
  • Coordinate with other departments.

Educational Requirements
  • Diploma in Architecture / Architecture & Interior Design
  • BSC in Civil / B.Arch
Experience Requirements
  • 2 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm, Interior Design
