Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context: We are looking for hard working individuals interested to work as auditor of a micro credit Program of United Trust, a social welfare organization of United Group.
Job Nature: This is completely a field-based job. Primary workstation will be in Head Office (Dhaka) and secondary workstation in Area Offices (Jamalpur and Kishorgonj). Candidate will have to visit the branch offices and stay for the purpose of auditing minimum 15 days in a month.
Responsibilities
·Conduct regular audits of financial records, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
Review and analyze financial statements, reports, and documentation to identify discrepancies, irregularities, and areas for improvement.
Assess the effectiveness of financial systems and processes, and make recommendations for enhancements to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, recommendations, and action plans to address identified issues.
Follow up on audit findings to ensure timely implementation of corrective actions and monitor ongoing compliance.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Master of Commerce (MCom)
Preferably accounts background with CACC qualification from a reputed CA firm.

Experience Requirements

At least 1 year
