Job Description / Responsibility
  • ACI Motors Limited is hiring a competent Accounts/VAT Professional with working experience in a Warehouse/ Factory Environment.
  • Maintain proper compliance with VAT Act & Rules in Warehouse/Factory.
  • Ensure VAT Challan with every delivery of products.
  • Prepare VAT Reconciliation Statement between VAT record and Accounting record.
  • Prepare VDS certificate to suppliers and others.
  • Maintain inventory registers as per policy.
  • Prepare quarterly/yearly reports and confirm VAT rebates with coordination of VAT process under group.
  • Keep liaisons and compliance with the requirement of VAT Circle, Division, Commissionerate etc.
  • Handle VAT Audit conducted by NBR, AG and other Govt. Authorities.

Educational Requirements
  • Graduation in Accounting from any reputed public or private university.
  • Must be able to work in Warehouse/ Factory Compound.
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Automobile
