Job Description / Responsibility

TAX:
Preparing income tax computation and return (corporate and individuals).
Attending the hearing at the DCT level.
Preparing grounds of appeals, memorandum and written arguments in relation to filing appeals and Tribunals.
Preparing withholding income tax returns and other various tax filings.
Preparing letters / applications in response to the queries raised by the tax authorities.
Maintaining liaison with the various levels of the tax authorities to assist in tax assessments, drafting appeal orders etc.
Maintaining liaison with the clients to collect required documents in relation to submission to the tax office.
Maintaining proper documentation as per Firm policy.
Performing the duties that suggested by the Firm leadership on time to time.
VAT:
Knowledge about VAT Form & VAT Register.
Knowledge About Bill of Entry, Proceed Realization Certificate.
Assist to preparation and Submission of monthly VAT return (Mushak-9.1).Familiar with Mushak-6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.6, 6.10, 9.1.
Maintain Compliance Issue, check BIN, Rate & Address as per law.
Document Collection from Commercial Department & Prepare document List.
Correspond with VAT & Tax Authority Regular communication with inter-department.
Assist to Prepare VDS/TDS challan & deposit to Govt. exchequer.
Documents management related to VAT & Tax matter.
Knowledge about Bangladesh VAT & Tax Law.
Other duties and responsibilities as entrusted by the management time to time.

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA)
BBA in Accounting, Finance, AIS.
Must be CA CC from a reputed CA firm.

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years
