Job Description / Responsibility
- Neways International Company Limited open the job opportunity for the Chakma/Marma/Garo community female candidates and their job responsibilities are as follows:
- Assisting with daily front desk operation such as Check-inn and Check-out, managing reservations, responding to guest inquiries or complaints and updating records.
- Creating shareable video content and deliverables to support greater brand awareness and engagement.
- Identify current and prospective sales opportunities for Super Hostel.
- Attend all phone calls and provide all appropriate information to guests.
- Consult with daily visitor and complete the booking process.
- Responds to and handles guest problems and complaints.
- Processing guest payments.
- Provides services for customer satisfaction and retention.
- Any other task assign by supervisor/management.
Educational Requirements
Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Job Requirements
- Age at most 35 years
- Only Chakma/Marma/Garo community female candidates are requested to apply.
- Candidate should be presentable.
- Applicants must have good communication efficiency.
