Job Description / Responsibility
  • Responsible for all supervision of all testing activity.
  • Monitoring the progress of the tests.
  • Performing reviewing/checking on test reports from laboratory staff and/or other offices to ensure that the reports are up to the customer’s requirement.
  • Supervise all kind of correlation as well as proficiency test up to result along with arrange to send the tested specimen & test report to related Client/organization.
  • Ensure the stock of consumable items maintained properly and acknowledge to the management whenever necessary to place the order.
  • Ensuring that the required environmental conditions are maintained properly.
  • Acknowledge to superior when any equipment needs calibration or maintenance.
  • Arranging training to subordinates and keeps training record.
  • Managing and developing a team of laboratory staff and supervising them for completing the testing on time and to the customer satisfaction.

Educational Requirements
  • Graduation/Post Graduation in Textile Engineering/Physics/Chemistry or any Science background.
Experience Requirements
  • 4 to 8 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Multinational Companies, Garments, Third Party Auditor (Quality, Health, Environment, Compliance

Additional Job Requirements
  • Awareness Training of ISO 17025
  • Test Method Technical Training
  • Audit Preparation Training
