Job Description / Responsibility

Maintain precise passing quality standards for both wet and dry sections through vigilant monitoring.
Collect departmental reports and do the needful as required.
Identify the root cause of issues and prepare action plans.
To monitor the appropriate functioning of all wet and dry processes giving team instructions to produce high-quality work.
Manage and create the quality strategy and submit the daily/hourly quality report to the management.
Monitor the other QC personnel and schedule frequent team training sessions.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

8 to 9 years
