Job Description / Responsibility

Analyze VSM (Value stream mapping)
Layout design and analyze, upgrade factory lay-out to reduce unnecessary process & movement time and increase efficiency.
Understand, Lead and Coach Kaizen project.
Ensure balancing processes for even work distribution, accurate manpower utilization to improve productivity.
Maintain Machine operators' skill matrix and grading system.
Identify and recommend skill requirements as per plan and style basis.
Drive to set the KPI for targeted efficiency for relevant production units.
Assist and coach team members how to solve bottle neck problems.
Capture and evaluate SMV savings done by the team and encourage to do so.
Identify low performing lines and take strategic action to improve those low performing teams.
Identify Sustainability and QMS failures in the relevant area and initiate corrective action with the team.
Drive QCO to reduce idle time.
Reduce cost by eliminating non-value added activities & operations.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc)

Experience Requirements

8 to 12 years

IT Enabled Service, Multinational Companies, Garments, Textile
