Job Description / Responsibility
- We are seeking a dynamic Executive Digital Media Marketing & Social Media Content Creator to join our team. This role is pivotal in leveraging digital platforms to enhance our brand presence, foster business relationships, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating the digital landscape to create meaningful connections with corporate offices, government and semi-government entities, NGOs, and industry leaders, facilitating opportunities in the construction and interior design sectors.
- Job Responsibilities-
- **Market Analysis & Strategy Development:**
- Utilize experience in construction, interior design, and business development to create and implement effective digital marketing strategies.
- Regularly analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and potential market opportunities to adapt and refine digital marketing efforts.
- **Business Development & Relationship Management:**
- Achieve individual and team business targets across various time frames (monthly to yearly) through strategic digital marketing and content initiatives. - Initiate and execute plans to identify and explore new markets and business opportunities.
- Establish and maintain robust relationships with clients, including those in government offices, NGOs, and the corporate sector, through digital engagement and personalized content.
- **Content Creation & Management:**
- Develop engaging and relevant content tailored to our audience in the construction and interior design markets, highlighting our expertise and services.
- Ensure consistent and effective brand messaging across all digital platforms, including social media, blogs, and the company website.
- Collaborate with management and teams to generate ideas for content that drives business and profit, sharing insights on business improvement.
- **Operational Excellence:**
- Follow up with clients regularly, maintaining comprehensive records of interactions, preferences, and feedback in a digital format.
- Oversee documentation and logistical preparations for tenders and large sales projects, ensuring meticulous record-keeping.
- Willingness to travel nationwide to meet clients, attend events, or gather insights as per business requirements.
- **Innovation & Reporting:**
- Bring innovative ideas to the forefront of digital media marketing efforts, constantly seeking ways to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Provide regular updates to higher management about digital marketing progress, insights, and strategies.
- **Additional Responsibilities:**
- Perform any other tasks assigned by Management to support departmental or company objectives.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc)
- Diploma in Computer
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 5 years
