Job Description / Responsibility

BI specialists gather data from various internal and external sources and ensure data accuracy and consistency through cleaning, organizing, and integrating it into usable formats. They leverage their analytical skills and BI tools to analyze the collected data, identify trends, patterns, and relationships. They then create reports, dashboards, and visualizations that effectively communicate these insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Their data-driven insights help identify areas for improvement and optimize processes to enhance overall performance
Gather data from diverse internal and external sources
Clean, organize, and integrate data into usable formats, ensuring data accuracy and consistency by identifying and correcting errors, transforming data structures, and handling missing values.
Analyze the collected data using BI tools and techniques (e.g., SQL queries, statistical analysis) to identify trends, patterns, and relationships
Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations that effectively communicate complex data insights to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and visually appealing manner.
Develop and maintain data quality standards and procedures to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data used for analysis and reporting.
Translate data analysis into actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making, resource allocation, and campaign effectiveness.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

Experience Requirements

2 to 6 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
IT Enabled Service, Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup
