Backend Lead Engineer

Job Description / Responsibility

Lead the development and maintenance of backend systems.
Architect scalable and efficient backend solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design APIs.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to backend developers.
Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues in production environments.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc)
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Software Company

Additional Job Requirements

Age 30 to 45 years
5+ years of experience in backend development.
Experience in Python, Node.js, .NET, and Java is a must.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs.
Knowledge of microservices architecture is a plus.
Experience and knowledge on working with different database and technologies (SQL and NoSQL)
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Leadership experience or potential.
