Job Description / Responsibility
  • This position will supervise a team and manage overall call center activities of a respective region.
  • Call Center team leader is overall responsible to ensure customer satisfaction by providing reliable, prompt, and friendly service.
  • Good understanding in workforce management.
  • Outstanding collaboration and co-ordination capacity across team.
  • Must be KPI driven.
  • Handling Customer Queries.
  • Take & reply messages.
  • Replying Corporate Mail and relationship buildup with customer.
  • Provide information over phone.
  • Provide remote support.
  • Manage Customer Sales/Service Requirement.
  • Handling online issues and pass it to concern department.
  • General administrative and office support.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc)
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Masters
Experience Requirements
  • 2 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Call Center
