Job Description / Responsibility

Responsible for organizational competitiveness and growth by identifying and acquiring innovative activities that will have a major strategic impact on the long-term success of the company, business.
Identify potential new customer to increase business; and also Ensure the business growth by marketing, customer satisfaction and customer retention;
Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target;
Visit potential doctors and institutes to promote the services for boosting up the sales;
Organize different events like Seminar, Health Clinic, Health Camp, Focus Meeting etc;
Potential Doctors recruitment for OPD;
Develop and Maintain Potential Doctor's database;
Monitor and collect information of competitor activities;
Any other tasks as assigned by management when required;
Ensure the transparency in all kind of transaction;
Develop and maintain B2B & B2C business;

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Pharmacy
Also in Biotechnology & Biochemistry.

Experience Requirements

2 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Research Organization, Healthcare/Lifestyle product
