Job Description / Responsibility
  • Ensure brand growth and grab the market share.
  • The marketing manager will be responsible for ensuring that marketing initiatives are aligned with product portfolio.
  • This role of marketing manager requires full oversight of the marketing strategy, training to product management team and execution for the portfolio.
  • Marketing manager set marketing priorities and strategic promotional direction for selective brands.
  • Ensure the good market share of the products under portfolio;
  • Provide hands on support through field working with sales and marketing team;
  • Design the unique specific campaigns to take or achieve maximum market share and help to penetrate in the market;
  • Design the product brochures, literature and Ibl etc;
  • Observe and trap the competitor prices, campaigns, new product launch;
  • Planning advertisements for medical magazines conference journals;
  • Develop successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation and execution;
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for sales and marketing team;
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players agencies and vendors;
  • Be in charge of marketing budget and allocate/invest funds wisely;
  • Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals;
  • Inventory management for optimal product availability·
  • Provide and arrange product training sessions for sales and marketing team.

Educational Requirements
  • Master of Science (MSc) in Pharmacy
  • Also in Biotechnology & Biochemistry.
Experience Requirements
  • 7 to 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Healthcare/Lifestyle product
