Job Description / Responsibility

Drive online sales growth across e-commerce websites, marketplaces, and social media channels.
Manage order processing, inventory, and fulfillment for smooth operations.
Utilize sales metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Work with marketing and product teams to maximize online sales through promotions and pricing strategies.
Ensure smooth operations and compliance by liaising with partners and vendors.
Address issues and improve overall customer experience based on feedback.
Stay updated on industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices in online sales and e-commerce to maintain a competitive edge.
Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in online sales operations.

Maximize sales opportunities through effective listing and promotion in food Panda

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Those who have sales skills on online platforms like Food Panda, Daraz, Evely will get priority.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Boutique/ Fashion

Additional Job Requirements

Age at most 40 years
Proven experience in online sales operations management, preferably in the food industry or e-commerce sector.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Daraz, Facebook Marketplace, and Food Panda.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and identify trends.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.
Result-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
