Job Description / Responsibility

As a Sub Assistant Engineer with a focus on project supervision, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our vision to life. You will be an integral part of our project management team, responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our projects from conception through to completion. This role demands a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and project management skills. You will work closely with a diverse team of professionals, including architects, senior engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure project objectives are met efficiently and effectively. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of project teams, including technicians and contractors, to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
- Assist in the planning, design, and execution phases of engineering projects, providing technical input and ensuring the integration of all project elements.
- Monitor project progress, identify any issues or delays, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Ensure that all engineering work carried out on projects meets industry standards and regulations, as well as environmental, health, and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with the project management team to develop project schedules, budgets, and forecasts, adjusting project plans as required to meet objectives.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and external partners, to maintain clear and consistent updates on project status.
- Participate in project meetings, providing technical insights and progress updates to support informed decision
- making and project review processes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and practices within the company.
- Ideal Candidate Profile:
- A degree in Engineering or a related field, with a focus relevant to our project types Civil Engineering.
- Demonstrated experience in engineering project supervision, with a track record of successfully delivered projects.
- Strong technical skills with an in-depth understanding of engineering principles and design practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities, capable of motivating and guiding teams through complex project phases.
- Proficient in project management software and tools, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate challenges and collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
Educational Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering
- Diploma in Architecture
Experience Requirements
