Job Description / Responsibility

- Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of electricians and technicians to ensure optimal performance and productivity in electrical maintenance activities.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for electrical systems, machinery, and equipment to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of electrical systems, identifying and addressing potential hazards, faults, and compliance issues.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to prioritize electrical maintenance tasks and ensure timely resolution of electrical breakdowns and emergencies.
- Manage inventory and spare parts for electrical components, equipment, and supplies, optimizing stock levels and procurement processes.
- Implement energy-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements to reduce electricity consumption and operational costs while maintaining production quality.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards governing electrical safety, environmental protection, and workplace health and safety.
- Provide technical support and training to maintenance staff on troubleshooting techniques, electrical diagnostics, and safe work practices.
- Collaborate with external contractors, vendors, and service providers for specialized electrical repairs, upgrades, and projects as needed.
- Vast Knowledge about RSC Requirements and rules regulations and audit facing.
- Implementing company safety rules, regulations & standard operating procedures with compliance team for any kind of audit.
- Perform preventive maintenance inspections and service on machines.
- Ensure proper cleanliness of machines and machine parts.
- Oils and lubricates moving parts on machines.
- Keep records and make report of damaged, worn, or broken parts.
- Assemble, inspect, install and test new pieces of equipment.
- Initiate emergency repairs and follow up accordingly.
- Install new manufacturing equipment. Perform equipment calibration.
- Address safety hazard risks and ensure safety tools are on place.
- Delegate to the full-time operation of all machine.
- Any other task assigned by the top management in future.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
- B.Sc. in Engineering (Electrical & Mechanical) from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements
- At least 6 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
