Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Description:
- Engineer to service/support all automation equipment designed and developed to manufacture/fulfill Princess products/orders. The support includes but not limited to machine/equipment commissioning, maintenance, installation, yield improvement, trouble shooting.
- Responsibilities:
- Service Engineer is responsible for electrical and mechanical maintenance and trouble shooting.
- Improve machine/equipment reliability reduce unscheduled downtime.
- Ready to be hands-on to bring up machines.
- Knowledge of PLC, Sensor, motors and IO modules.
- Knowledge of real time PC base control system.
- Communicate with Design Team to analyze failure to avoid repeatable unscheduled downtime.
- Supply technical information, hardware and software requirement to enhance/upgrade equipment performance i.e. Yield, UPH etc.
- Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations improve products design and reliability.
- Drive FYP quality and action plan.
- Provide data to drive for accurate spare part planning and buying.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electronics
- Bachelor degree preferred, but diploma with many years of experience is encourage to apply.
- Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,North South University students will get preference
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 18 to 40 years
- Mechatronic or mechanical experience with at least 3 years relevant engineering work experience in large manufacturing plant or automation industry.
- Adequate knowledge of PLC system, Laser engraving and Camera vision inspection technology application.
- Knowledge of national electrical standard, Strong self-learning ability.
- Familiar with industry automation theory and electric power system.
- Electric automation design ability and experience of electric equipment installation is preferred.
- Knowledge of maintenance system i.e. TPM etc. and electric safety.
- Experience in Project management is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English language.
- Verbal and written communication in Chinese is a plus point.
