Job Description / Responsibility
- POWERtrac is one of the most reputed manufacturers and trusted suppliers of Substations, Generator, Radiators, Switchgear, BBT, Cable Tray, Solar Systems, BBT, SDB, and Circuit breakers in the country.
- We are seeking a few experienced, hardworking, and motivated Managers/Marketing Engineers, with a strong track record and a genuine passion for the marketing of electrical and mechanical products of the company.
- As a key, dynamic, and results-oriented member of POWERtrac’s team, you will be responsible and instrumental in driving the overall marketing of the company by targeting new prospects and cultivating existing customer relationships to achieve high renewal rates and customer satisfaction.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
- Make presentations and perform product demonstrations.
- Market visits, Client hunts, Tele & Email marketing regularly to create market opportunities.
- Winning industrial projects; achieving sales targets and objectives as per budget.
- Maintain current up-to-date knowledge about all sorts of products of the company
- Travel across industrial areas regularly to generate inquiry.
- Maintain direct contact with customers through sales presentations, negotiations, site surveys, etc.
- Development of new clients and maintaining good relationships with existing clients
- Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to develop new marketing strategies
- Research and develop new marketing opportunities and plans, understanding the market and consumer requirements,
- Identifying market trends, and suggesting policy and system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
- Oversee the development of promotional marketing materials and keep an eye on product performance.
- Accompany sales/marketing teams to marketing events, client locations, and new product launches.
- Answer client inquiries about the product and provide technical support.
- Document marketing processes for campaigns and distribute them to the marketing channel
- Daily, Monthly & Yearly activities reporting to the superiors by using WhatsApp, and other organizational tools
Educational Requirements
- B.Sc Engineers in EEE/Mechanical with an MBA is preferred.
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Engineering Firms, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Supply Chain, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.)
Additional Job Requirements
- Minimum 05 years experience in Marketing especially in Substation, Generator, Switchgear, BBT, Cable Tray, Solar Systems, BBT, SDB, and Circuit breakers.
