Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced Power Electronics Expert to lead our efforts in designing and developing innovative power supply solutions, including Inverter Power Systems (IPS), Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), and computer power supply units. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of power electronics design, electrical engineering principles, and the latest advancements in energy conversion technologies. This role involves hands-on design work, prototype development, testing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to bring high-quality power electronics products to market.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Design and develop power electronic systems for IPS, UPS, and computer power supplies, ensuring high efficiency, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
- Lead the selection of components, design of circuits, and PCB layout while optimizing for performance, cost, manufacturability, and safety.
- Conduct simulations and modeling of power electronic circuits to predict performance under various conditions.
- Prototype development and testing, including thermal management, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), and safety compliance testing.
- Collaborate with mechanical engineering, software development, and quality assurance teams to ensure product integration and reliability.
- Stay abreast of new technologies, materials, and manufacturing processes that can enhance product performance and reduce costs.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers and team members.
- Prepare technical documentation, including design files, test reports, and product specifications.
- Engage with suppliers, manufacturing partners, and customers to ensure successful product development and deployment.
Educational Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field.
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 years

- Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances
Additional Job Requirements
- Age at least 28 years
- 5+ years of experience in power electronics design and development, specifically with IPS, UPS, and computer power supplies.
- Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of electrical engineering principles, especially in power conversion, energy storage technologies, and control systems.
- Proficient in the use of design and simulation tools such as SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink, or similar.
- Experience with PCB design tools and understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with international standards and certifications relevant to power electronics products (e.g., UL, CE, FCC).
- Proven track record of developing power electronics products from concept to production.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and teamwork orientation.
- Leadership qualities and the ability to mentor junior engineers.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced development environment.
