Job Description / Responsibility
  • We are looking for some candidates who can work remotely and night shift job (8:00 PM to 4:00 AM)
  • USA Based Job, So work time & weekends will be as per New York time.
  • Job responsibilities:
  • Communicate with the clients via phone call.
  • Onboard the new customers by convincing them via email and phone call.
  • Maintain communication with the other stakeholders via email and phone call.
  • Collect documents and information from the customer and input it correctly in various portals to ensure best service.

  • Fluency in English is must.
  • Tech savvy.
  • Needs to have own PC with stable network connection.
