Job Context
We are seeking for a Marketing Officer in Power related company (Full time) to join our team & expected to generate lead and convert leads to sales.
Job Responsibilities
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Responding promptly to customer inquiries
Great active listening skills
Phone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems
Identifying customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
