Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Context
- The company is looking for a candidate for a temporary position of archivist for its corporate head office to set up a file storage system. The position will be within the Administrative Division. He/she will have primary day-to-day responsibility for sifting through all paperwork on the Mohammadi Group Head Office premises and creating an organizational system to keep track of archived material.
- Job Responsibilities
- Make a master list of important documents for the Customs Audit
- Remove duplicates of documents
- Organize a central set of all documents related to an order dating back to 5 years
- Evaluate and preserve the records in keeping with systems and protocols
- Schedule and arrange for the retention and destruction of records where necessary
- Arrange for digitization of backlog
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in law, library science, history, or archival science
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Garments, Group of Companies
