Job Description / Responsibility

Collect all information of present jute market & analyse future market scenario.
Ensure available jute stock level for smooth production & shipment schedule.
Collect best quality jute with competitive price.
Make liaison with various local and foreign vendors/suppliers for Raw materials (jute) and make comparative study report and place to Management for approval.
To prepare all kinds of purchase related documents.
To prepare different procurement types of MOU, Deed/ Local LC/Agreement etc.
To make liaison with factory team to maintain optimum stock level of Raw materials for smooth production.
Transport and other related concern.
To be highly skilled to liaison with concerned authorities to ensure all types of regulatory body.
Be proactive in procurement planning for all required in advanced and vast production unit operational.
Maintain Liaison and build up a satisfactory relationship with high officials relating to business.
Any other task as assigned by Management/stakeholders.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements

8 to 15 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Jute Goods/ Jute Yarn

Additional Job Requirements

Age 35 to 50 years
Must be expert in Computer operating Such as Ms. Word, Excel, Power point, Email and Internet browsing etc.
Proactive and positive attitude.
Working experience in the related field will be preferred
