Job Description / Responsibility

Making purchase planning within Budget.
Sourcing and planning of raw materials, packing material & required consumable items.
Maintaining proper communication with all stakeholders including supplier.
Collect quotation, ensure Comparative Statement (CS) for all purchases, negotiating prices, terms & conditions with the supplier and establishing PO.
Purchase order create and approval before lead time. Ensure bill, Challan as per P/O then entry in SAP.
Follow up the party payment with Accounts.
Monitor stock level and reorders point in SAP.
Meeting with cohesive department and contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Ensuring monthly report and Daily work report, pipe line materials report.
Any other tasks assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements

2 to 4 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry)

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 35 years
Incumbent should be very hardworking with leadership quality and personal integrity is encourage to apply.
Proven working experience as a Local Purchase.
Talent in negotiations and networking.
Good knowledge of supplier or third party under management.
Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers.
Experience in collecting and analyzing data.
