Job Description / Responsibility
- We are seeking a highly skilled and imaginative Creative Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Creative Architect, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and overseeing the construction of innovative architectural projects.
- Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and develop creative architectural designs that meet Management requirements, budget constraints, and regulatory standards.
- Utilize advanced design software and tools to generate 2D and 3D models, renderings, and presentations for client meetings and project proposals.
- Conduct thorough site analysis and research to understand environmental, cultural, and social factors influencing design decisions.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, interior designers, landscape architects, and contractors to ensure cohesive project development from concept to completion.
- Prepare and present design proposals, including sketches, drawings, mood boards, and material samples, to communicate concepts effectively.
- Coordinate with project managers to develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in architecture and design.
- Conduct feasibility studies and assess the practicality of proposed designs in terms of construction methods, materials, and cost.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements throughout the design and construction process.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and interns, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
Experience Requirements
- At least 10 years

Additional Job Requirements
- Age 32 to 45 years
- At least 10 years Proven working experience as an architect with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions across various project types and scales.
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a passion for pushing the boundaries of conventional design.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and green building practices is desirable.
- Licensed architect preferred, with a thorough understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
