Job Description / Responsibility

DZN Labels Ltd. (Dizayn Etiket Bangladesh) is a 100% Turkish owned Garment Accessories Company that manufactures Woven, PFL, Offset, Thermal, Leather. We are looking for a Credit Control who will be responsible for our Credit Recovery Department.
Responsibilities:
Phoning and texting clients to request payment.
Requesting installment.
Sending a letter as reminders to clients for payments.
Sending a note for delay in payment to a client whose overdues for long time.
For local L/C-Party & Bank acceptance process in due time.
Providing clients with account-related information by phone, email, and SMS.
Handling and keeping track of important clients/clients who have defaulted.
Mailing letters telling final dues and clarifying final dues over the phone, via email, and in person.
Negotiation of late fees and other fees due to the delay.
Monitoring and collecting outstanding debts, follow aging of outstanding balance.
Execute any additional tasks given by superiors.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), Master of Commerce (M.Com), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA).

Experience Requirements

4 to 6 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Garments Accessories

Additional Job Requirements

Age 28 to 35 years
Preference for the related field experience.
Must have experience 4 to 6 years as credit control and recovery.
Excellent typing skills with high accuracy for Bangla & English.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Good communication skills.
Using Computer technology relating to enterprise resource planning (ERP).
Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
Planning organizing & prioritizing skills.
